D.I.S.C What is it and why does it set us apart from competitors?

Years ago research was done that concluded people’s behaviors follow a pattern.

There are four basic types:

D- Outgoing and task-oriented

I- Outgoing and people-oriented

S- Reserved and people-oriented

C- Reserved and task-oriented

We use D.I.S.C in our company to increase awareness in ourselves and one another.

It allows us to communicate more effectively as we seek to understand why we think, act, and feel the way that we do.

The Advanced Team has taken a formal assessment to discover each individuals unique style and for the past few months we have worked on developing strategies to recognize other’s personality styles.

How does this help our customers?

It allows us to recognize if someone is outgoing or reserved; task-oriented or people-oriented.

This then allows us to communicate with that individual in a way that they need to be communicated with!

You will start to see caricatures of our team members show up on our page, the background color correlates to their dominate D.I.S.C style.

These team members are all placed in a job that is suited for them and their personality. This in return gives us a well balanced work environment, happy team members, and most importantly happy clients!
